Your order will be shipped directly on the next business day. Standard shipping within Germany currently takes 2–4 business days. Deliveries to Austria take 4–6 business days, to other EU countries 6–10 business days, and worldwide 8–12 business days.
In most cases, there is an address error. If you had your order sent to a packing station and did not collect it, the order will be returned to us.
As soon as your order has been returned to us, you will receive a notification. We will then ask you for an address correction and a possible new shipment.
We have included a size chart with each product, which serves as an easy guide to help you find the right size.
If you have any further questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact us by email or social media.
You can pay with PayPal, Klarna, credit card, or by bank transfer.
Our shipping ranges from national level to all EU countries and, by arrangement, also to countries outside the EU.
Depending on the volume of orders, processing returns can take up to 10 days. We will keep you updated with a confirmation email after both receiving the return and processing the credit note.
If you have not received a refund from us after receiving the email, even though your package has arrived, please contact our customer service. We will then take care of your request. Please check the tracking number beforehand and provide it to us for smooth further processing.
Within 14 days you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason. From the moment you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the package.
Should you wish to make an exchange, please send the product to our listed address and leave a short note.
